By placing an order on Aura Gear, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not complete your purchase.

Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders where pricing errors have occurred, with a full refund issued promptly.

Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only once we send you an SMS confirmation with a tracking number. Placing an order does not guarantee availability — if a product goes out of stock after your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp.

Cash on Delivery

By selecting cash on delivery, you commit to accepting and paying for the parcel upon delivery. Refusing delivery without prior communication may result in your account being flagged for future orders.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — product images, descriptions, brand assets — is the property of Aura Gear. Copying or reproducing any content without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Aura Gear is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products beyond the purchase price paid.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
